Welcome to the taste of Santo!

Built of textured concrete walls and local Natangora thatch roofing, our dining room is an open air sanctuary designed to enjoy the island's natural beauty. On a clear day you can see the Island of Ambae as you dine. 

Our menu features the beautiful Santo beef, locally caught Lobster and Poulet fish, and vibrant fresh produce sourced from the local markets. Our kitchen is pleased to offer gluten free and vegetarian options ensuring that every guest can enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant.
