1. DEFINITIONS OF PARTIES AND TERMS
In these terms and conditions: The terms "We" or "BBH'' shall mean Bombua Beach House. 

2. GENERAL
By making a booking, guests warrant that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

3. PRIVACY POLICY
We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information of the Client and maintain safeguards to protect personal information in our reasonable care. 

4. BOOKINGS POLICY
A contract will only be constituted between BBH and the Client once BBH issues a booking confirmation invoice to the client and after receiving the required payment either from or expressly on behalf of the Lead Booking Name.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Vanuatu currency (VUV) and includes VAT
Within 30 days of your arrival the total booking amount will be charged to your credit card (unless otherwise stated at time of booking)
* Credit card transactions incur a fee of 3.5 % for VISA and MasterCard. If you would like to pay by direct deposit in AUD, please contact us to arrange this. Payments by cash in foreign currencies will receive an exchange rate based on our local bank.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that gives you full cancellation cover.
*If a cancellation is made outside of 30 days before your arrival date, we offer a 100% refund.
* If cancellation is made within 30 days we charge the full amount of the booking.
*A no show will be changed the full amount of the booking.

7. CHANGES TO THE DATE, DURATION OR NATURE OF A BOOKING
The management of BBH will always try to meet any request or any change from the Client, however these situations are dealt with on a case-by-case basis according to vacancies, and are at the sole discretion of BBH management. 

8. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BY BBH
BBH reserves the right to alter or cancel the whole or part of the booking. BBH will advise the Client of any changes or cancellations as soon as reasonably possible. Different terms apply depending on whether the proposed changes are minor or substantial.
If the proposed changes are minor, BBH will make alternative, comparable arrangements at no cost to the client, who will accept such alternative arrangements.
If the changes are, in the opinion of BBH, substantial, then BBH may offer alternative arrangements to the Client, but the Client shall not be obliged to accept such alternative arrangements.
If no such alternative arrangements are offered, or the Client does not accept any such offered alternative arrangements, then the Client may reject the Booking within 14 days of notification to the Client of the relevant change(s) and BBH will cancel the booking.
If the Client rejects the Booking, all monies paid by the Client by the date of cancellation will be repaid to the Client.
Under no circumstances will BBH be liable to the Client for any financial recompense in the event of a change, which does not lead to a cancellation. BBH's liability in the event of a cancellation shall be limited to a refund of monies as provided above.
BBH will not be liable for any cancellation, which results from the Client's default.
 
9. HEALTH INSURANCE AND MEDICAL CONDITION
Vanuatu is a developing country and does not offer first class health services. BBH will facilitate access to the nearest aid post and to avail Luganville medical facilities. It is the Client's responsibility to contract appropriate insurance for medical evacuation from Santo and treatment.
BBH will not be held responsible for any illnesses or injuries during your stay. We strongly encourage the client to ensure that his/her own insurance covers any activities that he/she would like to participate in.

10. PROPERTY DAMAGE
BBH is furnished with some of the latest equipment. All our villas are fitted with keyless entry locks, this being the case, guests do not need to have a physical key but in the event that we give a key out due to some technical issue the key must be returned or left in the room upon check-out. 
We reserve the right to claim from you, either by invoice or by deduction from your debit/credit card, for any damage sustained to our property due to any malicious, willful or negligent damage caused by you or any other person travelling as part of your booking.
